Explain-What type of weather do we have in Guymon? Think back to our weather predictions each day during our calendar. How do you know what type of weather we will have tomorrow? How do we prepare for the weather that might happen tomorrow?

Prepare an interactive picture sort appropriate for your region for seasonal weather (storms), temp., activities, and clothing.

Students will start with an open card sort

Students will sort cards by season.

Extend-Create a list of questions we want to ask the meteorologist

Zoom or Face to Face with a meteorologist

Share something you've learned or enjoyed (write a sentence, draw a picture, or tell a friend).

Evaluate-Student Made Seasonal Posters-Draw pictures of each season, then put the season in order on a poster.
