Tango.ai
Summary
Tango.ai helps you create step-by-step visual guides. Work through the process you want to document while the app records your clicks, captures images, and generates step-by-step instructions as you perform each step. Edit the titles, images, and instructions and share your visual guide with a link or via PDF.
Procedure
Navigate to tango.ai.
Select “Log in.”
Sign in with a Google account or with an email. Proceed through the onboarding survey.
Follow the instructions for your browser to install the Tango extension.
Return to the tango.ai. Select “New Tango” in the upper-right corner.
Choose the title of the tab you want to create a guide for.
Follow the app’s prompts and perform each step of the process you intend to document. When you have finished, select the green checkmark.
Review the guide you’ve drafted. Edit text, reorder instructions, add or remove steps, and change images as needed.
Once you’ve finished, select “Share & export” to share the guide you’ve created.
Select the Export option to download a PDF copy of your guide.
