The Noun Project is an online resource containing a diverse collection of icons. Students and teachers may use The Noun Project to communicate through pictures or build engaging content. Free icons can be downloaded with attribution, or an educator account can be purchased at a discount with no attribution. This resource can be integrated into Google for Education apps and Microsoft for Education tools.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to https://thenounproject.com/.

  2. Create an account (join) or log in using your email address.

  3. Type the name of the icon in the search box and select the magnifying glass.

  4. Scroll through the results of the search. Select the desired icon. Select "Get This Icon."

  5. Three choices for downloading the icon will appear. Select your preference and continue.

  6. You have the option to download the desired icon as an SVG or PNG file.
